Customer service was exceptional. Everyone greeted me with kindness and a smile. The room was spacious, clean and well presented. Loved the hallway carpet .The surprise window view at night of the Mormon church illuminated in full light was spectacular. Ora Bistro food was value for money. There was a good selection of food for breakfast. This hotel has great proximity to motorways, Manukau Westfield shopping and Manawa Bay shopping.
The customer service from the moment we walked in was amazing and it carried right through our stay. They were always so helpful and so easy to talk to. Feels like home everytime i go.
