Return stay. Really like the place when I stayed Oct 2024 and had no hesitation booking to stay here again.
I booked this from reading other reviews that noted the attention to the extra details and this is exactly how I found the place. A little bit of extra goes a very long way. Excellent pillows (can see why they offer them for sale) , towels available for springs, comfortable, secure, welcoming. Loved sitting on my little verandah. Good NZ hospitality. Appreciated all the detailed info in folder and the bathroom poem. This was my 1st stay here but my 2nd trip to Hanmer in 4 weeks. I know where I'm coming back too.
Great location - just across the road from Hanmer Springs. The room was fine, a good size. The hosts were terrific - and providing extra towels for the springs was a thoughtful touch.
Had a comfortable stay. The location is very convenient as everything was at walking distance. The staff was really friendly. The room was cozy when we walked in. The facilities were good. Overall a good stay.
