Location to Wellington CBD was excellent. Walking distance to shops, dining and activities.
Spacious, lots of appliances and kitchen facilities. Great fridge. Had an issue with the washing machine but got prompt attention and resolution
It was far more spacious than we had realised, which was great. The downstairs kitchen/sitting room all in one area was comfy and well lit.

Very good location and still quiet
The location was great. The apartment is very well furnished and the amenities were very good. Having extra room heaters helped. Check in and out takes some extra work since the keys can't be kept on site.
