It was such a great property for kids. Each of the units were super private. We stayed in the Train Unit and the view was lovely. There was a surprising amount of space internally as well. It was also really close to the Waitomo Caves.
The hosts were so accommodating and check in was super easy.
We can’t recommend this property enough!
I loved sleeping in an old war plane. I loved having air conditioning available. Not everywhere I stayed in the country had air conditioning. The person who checked me in was very kind and helpful. I was provided with useful information and easy to read maps showing directions to food and services etc. Located really close to Legendary Blackwater Rafting Company, and other fun adventure opportunities in the Waitomo area.
Very unique, memorable experience! The kids absolutely loved it.
Check in went well. Great convenient location. Funky themed rooms were fun. New bathroom addition was nice..
Beautiful grounds and farm. We arrived late and the owner had the heat on for us. Heating blankets were also available. Very close to the glow worm caves.
