This hotel is so peaceful and beautiful. It’s fresh and well equipped. The dinner was incredible. We waited a while for the food but well worth it. It has an outdoor area that is heaven. We ate dinner and breakfast there.

Exceptional spot. Scenic with lots of historical interest. Nicest hotel of our entire trip in Norway. Don't be put off by the shared bathroom - it was spotlessly clean and well-maintained.
Comfortable & welcoming feeling of being in the country with better accommodations than we had in the cities we visited.
Wish we could have stayed longer & just relaxed. We were visiting relatives there so not on the premises much of the time.
