It was an easy access with instructions. The beds were soft but very comfortable. Nice outdoor patio.
Very very spacious room, clean, all basic commodities present. The location is good, not far from the central street, but still silent, the seaside is easily reached by foot. Excellent entry with mobile app, had an option for free to check-in at 12 regardless of default 3p.m. on description. Perfect value for the price.
The hotel does not have a reception and we did not interact with any staff. The doors are opened with an app which is activated when it is time to check in. The check in process is done online in advance. This made for a very quick and easy check-in at the hotel. The hotel is in the city center of Kristansand in walking distance of everything. The room was large, modern, well kept and clean, and the beds were comfortable. Parking can be done anywhere in the city centre, as everywhere is within walking distance.
The rooms were very spacious and clean, all the listed amenities were included! The hotel is central and close to bus stops, cafes, supermarkets etc..
We visited Kristiansand during the winter time otherwise we could have enjoyed the inner cohort for a cup of coffee. We had a small problem with the room and despite being a "self-hotel", we called the customer service number and a d employee came immediately to help us! Everything was clean and we enjoyed our stay very much! 100% recommended
Great location, spacious room, comfy bed. Staff responded immediately to my call when the toilet was out of order, and it was fixed very quickly.
