First of all, the hosts were very welcoming. The apartment is on the first floor of a house, with a separate entrance from the hosts (who live on the ground floor). The apartment is very beautiful, tastefully decorated, welcoming and warm. From every window there is a view of the city of Tromso. The beds in the bedrooms are very comfortable and large. The bathroom and kitchen are fully equipped. As for the location, it's ~10 minutes from the city center. There is a direct bus to get to the airport, or to the city.
