I loved the space. It was mostly clean. I think they just need to clean the sink hole and that is where te flies are coming from. Maybe some bleach will do the job. Utensils and crockery were all provided. Shampoo towels toilet roll face tissues again all.provided. their was a washing machine and a rack to.dry clothes. The location was excellent right next to the metro station. We were also.allocated a parking spot. It was very close to the dubai marina. Also a special thanks to Mr tameem who responded to my needs immediately.

Great location, excellent views from the apartment and lovely roof top pool. Reception / security staff also happy and welcoming. Easy check in

The apartment was very spacious and comfortably accommodated our guests for a small dinner event. All our requests were fulfilled, making it a highly recommended place for hosting small gatherings. The building's security was excellent.

The location right next to Metro is really convenient. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. We have stayed in a lot of Dubai apartments in this price range and this was amongst the best. We usually stay in Marina but this is just a 10 mins walk across the Metro bridge so it's fine for that. There's also a really nice walk around Jumeirah Lakes.
