Absolute amazing place and service. You don't need to think about anything but rest and enjoying. Ahmad was astonishing helper in every possible moment from meeting at front door and help with luggage till check out date. The place has absolutely stunning wide full Dubai marine view. The moments spent on balcony with this view were priceless.

the rent is a good price for the area, it's got a view of canal and Marina mall and JBR street is near by. The atmosphere is good and silent in the building and swimming pool with kids yard are clean. I do not want to forget to thank Mr. Akash who really provided everything upon my arrival. He is so respectful and helpful.
Excellent location, gorgeous views of the marina. Clean and modern apartment. Abdulaziz was very responsive and very informative. Great stay and will definitely book to stay again upon our return to Dubai. Highly recommended.
