Glad to be the first one to review this property. I felt I'm taking a leap of faith at the time of booking, but it turns out the apartment truly delivers. While there may be a few minor rough edges, given that this is a new rental property, the host is highly responsive and helpful. The apartment is located in a high-rise (level 25/43) in downtown Dubai. This is excellent as we could see the shows at the Dubai fountain almost every evening, simply by walking there 10 minutes. It's also an excellent base for exploring the other attractions as it's conveniently positioned in the middle of them all. Dubai Mall is a 15 minutes walk away and while others stay in long car queues to enter the parking you simply walk in. The apartment smells like new and it has a super-comfortable large double bed. There is parking inside the building (P6). The internet is fast. There are 3 supermarkets in walking distance. Exceptional value for the price.

Great location, just 10 min walk from Burj Khalifa and Dubai Fountain. Very kind and helpful host who replies very fast to all questions.

Nice 1 bedroom apartment. Comfortable bed, clean apartment, safe, a few minutes walk to Burj Khalifa and Mall Dubai.

Everything! Seriously, amazing place. Modern, peaceful, comfortable, clean and perfect location makes this stay so amazing. Definitely worth it and will definitely want to use this in the future for my next trip to Dubai.
