The location is excellent due to its proximity to Deira City Centre. The hotel is quiet and peaceful. Most importantly, the staff are very kind, helpful, and go above and beyond their duties to assist the guests.On the day I left the hotel, two of the female staff members were not there. They were also very kind, and even though we had booked a small room, they gave us a larger one.
Staff especially Suneetha and front office staff are very cooperative
