Everything fine and staff very friendly and kind especially Mr.Ahmed who serve us in a good manner .Appreciated his attitude.Keeps it up all the time.
I like the surroundings of the hotel near the mall and the metro 5mins walk from the hotel and the swimming pool and gym also
Check in and out process were smooth. Hotel staff were so professional.Clean hotel, staff were accommodating and great. House keeping staff (Anas) friendly. Pool not crowded, bed and pillows so comfortable and fluffy. Room view from sunset to sunrise was also mesmerizing.
The location was perfect. just 5 minutes walk to Deira city Mall. The room was too good. the guy at the reception Shadab upgraded my room. that was so nice of him. the housekeeper was so helpful. i had forgotten his name.
I like the swimming pool and the gym and near all I want the mall and the restaurants and the metro also I think it's 5 mins walk from the copthorne hotel
