I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The location is excellent — very convenient and close to everything. The staff were incredibly kind and took great care of us throughout our stay.
I would especially like to mention Mr. Satish and Mr. Faiq Pereira, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Staff like them are a great asset to the company, and their exceptional hospitality will definitely bring us back again.
All departments were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of options to choose from. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made us feel genuinely welcomed. They handled everything with such grace and always with a smile, ensuring that we felt relaxed and cared for from check-in to check-out.
It’s rare to come across hospitality this sincere. Their thoughtful recommendations and helpfulness made a big difference and truly elevated the whole experience. The resort itself is beautiful, but it’s people like Ahmed and Ashraf who make you want to return.

The price is excellent, the staff is very helpful and nice. The garden in the hotel is very calming and nice. House keeping staff (Manjo) was extremely helpful.
