I liked numerous private terraces above the car park and about 6 or 7 different pools. I ended up using just one but I'd say access to pools is uniquely unlimited. Good coffee machine! The space for 1 bedroom apartment is vast! Shower is amazing too.

The apartment is good. But the staff handling the check-in is just terrible. I got very stressed when at 10 PM we spoke to the manager and he said he was waiting at the house. When I arrived, there was no one there and for an entire hour! None of the numbers were answering. I thought they had left me stranded and that I would have to find another apartment at night. Also, when I requested an extension of my stay, they offered a higher rate for the same period and then completely stopped responding. On the day of check-out, they wrote that they were very sorry I was leaving, even though they didn't bother to respond to my messages. In short: the apartment is good, like all others in this area, but the management company is just terrible and I don't want to deal with them anymore!

Месторасположение шикарно. Уединенно, тихо, приятная архитектура и инфраструктура комплекса. Для тех кто хочет видеть Дубай иным, отличительным от downtown. В комплексе все есть, особенно частный пляж.
