Rooms were clean and location was good !!
Have mixed feelings about this hotel. The check in was smooth and quality of food was good but they really need to work on their Housekeeping and management of breakfast. Even though the booking was for 3 guests in a room, the housekeeping always kept just 2 towels & when i asked for the 3rd towel....they denied it saying we provide only 2 per room. Phone was not working on all 3 days that we stayed in this hotel and this is was very inconvenient since i had walk down all the way to reception for housekeeping & in room dining services. The worst part of the hotel was the breakfast since it felt like i was travelling in overcrowded metro. On all 3 days, it took us almost 15-20 mins just to get a table. Huge crowd & totally mismanaged...
