Nothing except the receptionists who behaved nicely while check in and even while check out .
The house keeping staff was not all supportive. Very arrogant and rude. He made me feel as if i was staying for free. Did not want to work at all. The hotel does not have any facilities neither they get u the food from lobby , they don’t give u water or necessary items in the room. There were lot of insects in the room and on bed. The rooms are not sound proof. We could hear annoying noises from other rooms at night that led us with no sleep for the whole night. The lobby is always dark and its kind a depressing stay. The lifts are dirty and small. The hotel is not at all recommended for family.
There were lot of unnecessary rules which made us felt as if we are staying in a hostel. They said no to everything and every tiny request made by us.
The main cons of the Hotel is they do not help with your luggage at all as they don’t have any bellboys.
