Guests are required to observe quiet hours and safety precautions on the terraces: do not lean on the railings, supervise children playing on the terraces, do not throw stones, do not damage trees and do not pick flowers.

It is forbidden to use barbecues with open flames.

Before heavy rain, it is necessary to cover the furniture with covers, which are stored in the storage room on the terrace or provide access to a member of staff to take care of this.

To open and close the curtains, you must use the ropes on the curtain rod. A fine of AED 1000.00 per curtain will be charged for torn curtains and broken curtain rods.

A fine of 2500.00 AED will be charged for smoking in the apartments. A fine of AED 500.00 will be charged for the loss of the access card.
