Wild Wadi Water Park is closed to Jumeirah Zabeel Saray guests until further notice due to delays in completion of the annual maintenance.
From 30 July 2025 the hotel will commence a planned refurbishment of guests rooms and is expected to extend over 18 months. The hotel will remain fully operational and will continue to operate as usual. However, there may be minor disturbance from the adjacent wing of the property where the refurbishment is taking place during 10:00 AM — 06:00 PM.
The city tax rate is per bedroom. For a 2-bedroom room the city tax rate is AED 40.00 per room per night, for a 3-bedroom room the city tax rate is AED 60.00 per room per night, and for a 4-bedroom room the city tax rate is AED 80.00 per room per night.
A tourist fee of AED 100.00 per night is charged for stays in the villas. The deposit amount in this case is AED 1000.00.
