Marina Byblos Hotel is currently undergoing renovation and enhancement works. The scope of work includes general construction activities such as hammering, painting, and related tasks, starting from the lower floors and continuing upwards. Work is carried out daily, including weekends, between 09:00 AM and 06:00 PM.
At this stage, there is no detailed phased schedule available. Updates will be shared when possible. The renovation affects guestroom floors. Other areas, such as the lobby, may experience minimal impact depending on the progress of the work.
Noise is expected in the guestroom areas. No noise impact is anticipated in public facilities including restaurants, bars, the spa, gym, and swimming pools. Visual disturbances are minimal. No hoardings, cranes, or scaffolding are visible in guest-facing areas.
Buffer floors are used to reduce disruption, and room assignments are managed to ensure distance from construction zones. All current and future reservations are allocated to unaffected floors or sections. Hotel facilities and room categories remain available. Any changes will be communicated.
No additional services or compensatory arrangements are provided during the renovation period. The level of disruption is currently rated as low for dust and visual impact, and moderate for noise. Completion is expected by the end of September.
All guests are required to present an original valid ID or Passport upon check-in.
Any special request, like high/low floor, smoking/nonsmoking room, city/marina view, Twin/king Bed type will be subject to the availability upon arrival only.
For Christmas and New Year's Eve dinners, guests may be charged separately at the hotel.
