I had a pleasant stay at Pullman Dubai City Centre. The room was beautifully designed, clean, and comfortable. Everything about the room met my expectations.
Overall, the hotel was welcoming and well-maintained. I truly enjoyed my experience and will definitely visit again in the future :)
Everything was great. Location was the best, especially the shortcut to the mall. All the staff was helpful and friendly but Motaz on the front desc was a life savior.

Everything was perfect but breakfast did not have good options for vegetarian meals.
Cleanliness, staff are friendly and helpful plus the adjacent mall.
The guy at the reception (wearing eye glasses), is very polite and helpful. I guess of Indian Nationality (honestly the paper I wrote his name on is misplaced).
We enjoyed the dinner at Medley with the friendly Chef.
