The whole experience was interesting. We were greeted by an amazing receptionist, Albina. She explained everything very well and managed to provide us with useful information.

Everything was excellent. The property has a beautiful, well-maintained territory, spacious and modern rooms, great restaurants, and plenty of pools for all types of guests - relaxing, active, and family-friendly. Everything is thoughtfully designed and very convenient.

Hotel officials should pay attention to the quality and variety of food in the hotel and ensure that managers and supervisors are not of a specific nationality.

The hotel, rooms and breakfast are really good. The problem is too many people and mainly families with children. We didn’t have a chance to get any sun beds either by the pools or on the beach. People leave the towels on the sun beds reserve them and didn’t show up. In the morning there is quite strong low tide so the part of the sea where allowed to swim looks like a puddle.
