A payment link will be sent to guest to collect the deposit which is refundable within 7 working days after check-out. This will be used in case of any damages and fines caused by the guest during the stay.

Once booked, guests must contact the apartment at least 24 hours prior to their arrival date to advise them of their arrival time. In case of booking made on the day of arrival, guests must contact the apartment immediately after booking, at least 1 hour before check-in time. The telephone number for the property manager can be found on the booking confirmation.

Check-in after 20:00 local time is not guaranteed and is only possible with prior approval from the property and for an additional fee.
