Very big apartment in a tall tower, you could see for miles when the weather allowed. Lovely breakfast from the very good restaurant attached. We also went for a Ramadan dinner at the said restaurant and enjoyed everything we tried. Staff were invariably helpful and friendly. The hotel spa, while small, was perfectly sufficient for our needs.

The room was quite spacious with a partial sea view. Breakfast options were excellent. The room amenities were great. Room service provided daily. Indoor and outdoor pools were relaxing. A tram station is a few feet away.Baggage storage was available after the check out. Riva beach club access was provided (on a charge) with 20% on all purchases at the bar.

It was in a great location with the beach directly across the street. The owners also let me drop my bags off early and let me stay late when checking out.

The location is perfect: close to Marina Walk, to Carrefour and to the Tram station. The room was clean. The breakfast was fair. It can be improved though.
