Very nice hotel, with an AMAZING staff from checking in until check out. We had a great stay one the best hotel in Dubai we will definitely be back. Very good breakfast also. Very exotic compelete breakfast All is good AMAZING STAFF

Amazing place !! Very nice meal Perfect

The hotel is 5 min away(by car) from The Dubai mall. The hotel is situated at a lake. When it’s not so hot you can walk or ride a bike around the lake. The view from the 15th floor is amazing. We had our breakfast in the room. In the morning we could call the frontdesk so they could take in our order and the would bring it within 30-45min to our room and serve it the table. The beds are very comfortable. The beds are big and the room was so beautiful. The room had many details. We loved that at the entrance of the room the was a separate place for the luggage and the room had all the modern facilities. The only thing that can be better was the airconditioning. In the middle of the night it was a little bit warm in the room. But this is a problem in many hotels. Our room was very clean and they really took precautions. It felt as if the room was sanitized thoroughly. The service was nice. We parked our car in their garage, but there where no directions on how to get to the frontdesk. Once we found it everything went smooth. In the middle of the night it could get warm. No signs in the garage on how to get to the frontdesk.

Great service at the front desk and in the Basta Restaurant. Comfortable rooms. Great views of the canal. They should ask to take our temperature before pointing the laser at our forehead. I eventually just stuck my wrist out instead when they approached us when we entered the lobby.
