Amazing view of the marina in front of the yacht bay and very close to many restaurants and services including hotel restaurants on ground floor !
marina mall is five minutes drive.
Unique design and beautiful furniture with all needed amenities.

The location was fantastic. The beds were comfortable.
The apartment is luxurious and has a very good attractive location, with a wonderful view from the balcony. The furniture is so elegant and new with a complete set microwave, refrigerator, oven, washing machine, and dishes. And the price is more special.
It has two master rooms with its own path room. And one more path room serving the living room.
It was also distinguished by the warmth and kindness of Mr. Loua Yaghi’s reception.
Lovely and spacious as per the photos. Close to everything including trams etc. staff contact was brilliant.
We stayed in the apartment as a family and have stayed in many great hotels so far, but this apartment is very special. It is very spacious, clean, bright and quiet with super comfortable beds. It has a very large terrace and the view is priceless. You can walk to the beach in 10 minutes and there is a supermarket nearby. The pool on the upper floor is also very nice with a fantastic view. The marina area offers many great restaurants and bars which are all within walking distance of the apartment. The host was very nice and always very helpful.
