My parents came here for a visit and they liked their stay.
Room is spacious. Beds and pillows are soft(the extra beds - not that soft).
Staffs are courteous and friendly. They attended our needs, took care of our deliveries when we were out.
It is a 3 star hotel so please don't expect that you'll get a 5 star treatment but they sure did their level best to make our stay worthwhile.
Kudos to the housekeeping in our floor, Mustaqem (if I remember it right) as he knew how to keep everything neat and tidy the way we wanted it.
