Nice property with beach view balconies. Friendly and accommodating staff. Always courteous and professional.

Really enjoyed my stay at Lana Villa. The two ladies who run things day to day are so lovely and helpful, they prepared breakfast early when requested due to a trip I'd booked, let me use their iron, and offered to store my luggage for me after I checked out. The omelettes were great too!
The owner Oliver is also very nice and always introduced himself to guests, and offered tips for travelling in Oman.
The villa itself has some nice shared spaces such as the roof terrace and the main lounge downstairs, with books and travel guides. There's also a shared fridge for guests to keep things in which was useful.
Overall a great stay and good location, about 10 minutes from the airport by taxi.
