Boasting beautiful lagoon views from your private patio, Avana Waterfront Apartments offers guests private beach access and lovely tropical gardens. All accommodations features a fully equipped kitchen. The swimming pool, surrounded by a timber deck and BBQ huts is a great place to enjoy the sunshine. The tour desk can arrange game fishing tours, scuba diving and cultural evenings. Each apartment offers a spacious dining and lounge area with a TV, radio and CD player. They include sun lounges and an outdoor shower. The private bathroom has a hairdryer. Avana Apartments is 20 minutes’ walk from Muri Beach, which offers a variety of dining options. Rarotonga Airport is a 20-minute drive away.

Excellent location and so very peaceful, quiet and hosts were amazing. Easy to catch the bus at end of the driveway and also walking distance to Muri.
Nice apartment with big veranda. Very nice host. Located off the main ring road, so quiet. On the waterfront, but not a main beach. Kayaks and snorkeling gear to borrow. Nice pool.
Great family friendly location. Kitchen was well stocked with all the required kitchenware items. Upon arrival, there was a loaf of bread, butter, jam, milk and variety of fruits. It was such a treat as we arrived around midnight after a long flight and were hungry. The apartment is right next to the lagoon. It was shallow and filled with fishes. We had fun snorkeling and just hanging out in that area. The apartment is also close to Muri lagoon beach and a short bus ride to Fruits of Rarotonga. There is a small grocery store nearby as well where you can get vodafone wifi data package. Communication with the office staff, Desiree was great. She responded to all our messages promptly before our arrival and arranged for our transfers. While staying there, she helped us with great sight seeing recommendations.
Avana is a wee gem - while a little tired and past its prime - it punches well above its weight for location and staff helpfulness!
Situated on the lagoon - a 20min walk to Muri - bus stop at the end of the driveway and little shop 200m away - this is great value and rooms are spacious, very well equipped with everything you need.
We were even left with fresh fruit - a loaf of bread, jam and butter in the fridges too!!!
Plenty of guest parking, outdoor furniture and helpful hints for your stay.
They very kindly gave us access to a room for a late check out so we could shower and didn't even charge us extra!!!
