Very quiet location, 30 seconds away from the beach, with a small private pool and bbq facilities. Fully equipped kitchen. Very nice owner. He treated us with some fresh fruits from his own trees, and he was always ready to help. Local rental car agency just 200m away. However people should not expect luxury accommodation. For us it was perfect and excellent value for money.

Group of friends had a lovely stay at this accommodation. Perfect location, very close to the beach, shop directly across the road,short walk from the cafe. Beautiful mountain views. The house has everything you need for your stay with large garden space and pool to relax by. The owner of the property Peter is very accommodating and friendly we received a lovely welcome. Would definitely recommend and would saty again.

The location was fantastic with the beach 2 minutes away, a swimming pool on the property for the use of all the units, the bus stop was at the end of the drive, and a small grocery store was over the road. The host generously allowed us a very late check out as we were getting the 'red eye' flight home - hugely appreciated!

Exceptional value for money with all the facilities you’ll need for your Rarotonga beach holiday. The pool is exceptional with beach access a mere two minutes walk away. Many restaurants within easy walk g distance from the property as well. There’s also a little convenience store at the end of the driveway across the road. Handy for those too items you may need.

Location is fantastic, close to beach, pool was great. Peter was an amazing host, very helpful. We will definitely be back..
