Der allgemeine Service war sehr gut. Extrawünsche wurden berücksichtigt und auch ein Zimmerwechsel wurde ermöglicht. Ganz besonders hat mir die Lage dieser Unterkunft gefallen, abseits vom Trubel, idyllisch gelegen an einem Berghang mit phantastischem Ausblick auf das Tal und die Stadt Muzzaffarabad. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals und auch des Hotelbesitzers haben meinen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt dort ganz besonders angenehm gemacht. Ich kann dieses kleine, sehr persönlich geführte Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen.
