I’ve stayed at Faisalabad Serena Hotel multiple times and it has consistently delivered excellent service. The overall hospitality, ambiance, cleanliness, and especially the breakfast buffet are truly outstanding — well above local standards.
The only area that needs slight improvement is the in-room dining (room service). While it’s functional, the quality, presentation, or speed could be enhanced to match the otherwise premium experience of the hotel.
That said, Faisalabad Serena remains my first choice for accommodation in the city.
Their cleanliness is exceptionally well. Their parking lot is very easy to get space. Security is good.
The stay was super comfortable. Every was spot on and clean.
Serena hotel is simply amazing. The territory, the stuff, the facilities - everything was really good. I enjoyed my stay. I loved their garden, it’s so green and well organised.
