Metropole Hotel offered an exceptional stay from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was welcomed with a warm and professional atmosphere. The rooms were elegant, clean, and thoughtfully designed for both comfort and functionality. I would definitely recommend Metropole Hotel to anyone looking for a refined and relaxing stay.
The location is perfect—right in the heart of downtown, close to shops and public transport. The bed was very comfortable, and the staff were helpful. The air conditioning was quite noisy at night, which disturbed my sleep. Also, a minibar in the room would be a nice addition. Weather is good in Murree but when the temperature rise then it is needed.

Stayed at Metropole Hotel for a weekend and really enjoyed it. The staff was polite and always ready to help. My room was clean, spacious, and had a nice view. The location is super central, so it was easy to explore the city. Breakfast was decent with a good variety. Everything felt well-managed and smooth. I’d definitely stay here again.
