Located in Playa Blanca in Farallon, Hostal Acuarela has colorful facilities to offer to its guests that includes direct access to the beach and WiFi access. All rooms are spacious and offer air conditioning, private bathroom and breakfast is included. There is a shared kitchen as well as parking. The Hostal has parking area and a restaurant. It also features a kitchen, garden, library with board games, laundry service, tourist information and shuttle service to Tocumen Airport. A array of activities can be enjoyed such as scuba diving and kayak. The Scarlett Martínez Airport is 5-minutes away by car, while Valle de Anton is 30 minutes.

Luz and her family were wonderful hosts. Luz speaks mostly Spanish, so if you don't, Google translate is your friend. She helped me with my Spanish. The bed was comfortable, room was clean, breakfast was eggs, toast, coffee, and fruit usually. One day she made Venezuelan arepa (flatbread). Lots of help with bus information and places to go. They accommodated a couple special requests. Wonderful back patio with hammocks, special lighting, and seating. Games for children. Highly recommend. Wifi was decent, but may not be up to digital nomad standards. Many restaurants and some grocery stores. May need to text owner you are here since gate is locked (WhatsApp +507 6200‑4371) Tip: If you arrive by bus to Rio Hato and take taxi/small bus to location, you may need to say Posada Acuarela, not Acuarela Hostel.

The property is great located at 2 mins of the beach.
The place is quite comfortable, it is nothing fancy, but nice. In addition, it includes breakfast and it was really good although simple. The host is really attetive and is aware that everything is fine. Very good place to stay and enjoy the beach.
I have been in Acuarela Hostal at the beginning of May and I was the only tourist there! But I didn't feel lonely because Luz, the owner, is an amazing woman and despite not speaking the same language we kept eachother company and I had a really good time with her at the hostel! She also helped me whenever I needed anything, she gave me tips and we also had dinner together (awesome cook!)
The location is quite far from the main resorts, and it's great for a peaceful stay in Playa Farallòn! There is a small market near the hostel and that's all you need! Also the beach is across the road, like 50 meters from the hostel! What else?
