This place is the best hotel in panama, period. I have stayed in most of the luxury hotels, in Panama City, and nothing compares. They bring good old days service and standards into modern, friendly, welcoming environment. The bed and bedding are superb, all sparkling clean everything, spacious rooms, amazing food in their restaurant. Comfortably located on a quiet side street. This is always my go to choice in the city. Yes I’m a returning client.

The staff was excellent from the time we entered the hotel until the time we exited. All staff were friendly, accommodating, and kind. The room was clean and room service was prompt. Airport shuttle service was provided and the driver was prompt and kind. When checking in, we were greeted with a smile and kind word from all staff in the lobby and I found Juan who checked us in to be very professional, friendly, and accommodating. Regarding food, it was top notch. We only stayed one night but had a wonderful dinner and breakfast. The waiter was fantastic and had a lot of patience as I practiced speaking Spanish. He was very kind and allowed my hubby to take a photo of him and I which I appreciated. We will stay again in January and hope to see this waiter again to display my improvement in speaking the language. We had a wonderful experience staying at Bristol Panama! I am very particular about what hotels I choose and this one is at the top of my list.
