Located in the center of a busy city, but it has an underground parking garage (free). Within easy walking distance to city center and many restaurants. I ate at one good restaurant just a few steps away. The room was nice. Staff spoke English. AC was powerful and the TV had some English language options.

Free parking off street was great. The location in David was convenient, though the one-way streets in downtown David were confusing. It was a quick overnight stay before flying back to Panama City.
Very clean and quiet. I would prefer having self-service access to an ice machine but understand why some hotels don't provide this. The staff was friendly and more than helpful.
