THE MOST BEAUTIFUL HOTEL I HAVE STAYED, and I have traveled to 52 countries. This hotel is INCREDIBLE. The Suite was absolutely beautifully decorated, beautiful VIEW from the small balcony, LAVAZZA COFFEE MAKER in the room, HUGE COMFORTABLE BED. The facade of the building, the lobby, and the restaurant downstairs are INCREDIBLY BEAUTIFUL. The staff are super nice and helpful. This was one of the best stays I have ever had in a hotel. The LOCATION IS PERFECT, very central, beautiful street of Casco Viejo.
I loved the suite, especially the balcony. I had a lovely time reading there. The location was outstanding, so close to all the historic sites, shops and restaurants and I felt very safe the whole time. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff so friendly and helpful.
Villa Palma is in an ideal location for leisure staying in Panama City. Casco Viejo is beautiful with tons of restaurants, bars, museums, and culture, while Villa is perfectly placed away from the bussle for good relaxation while still within very short walking distance for Casco plus short drives to most malls and tours. Checkin was a breeze and while all staff were great, we must commend Sain who was excellent and very attentive.
Casco Viejo felt very safe, clean and inviting. Villa Palma definitely met our needs and accommodated any requests we made. Breakfast was also very enjoyable.
The place is fantastic so as the staff! The interior is beyond beautiful, service is outstanding, the place is very clean, the location is the best!
Every employee was as helpful and welcoming as they possibly could be. Most also speak English. I stayed before and after a wilderness trip, & I really savored the comfortable room after a week without electricity. Several staff members asked about my trip - as a woman traveling alone that level of personal attention was highly appreciated. Great receptionists, wait staff, & Erick the bartender is excellent. Both rooms were perfectly quiet. The location is primo. Breakfast is off a menu and superb. My favorite breakfast was yogurt, granola, and fruit. They brought my tea with steamed milk. Everything perfect.
