the smiling emojis above tell it all. the facilities have a high vote. humans...? In 2015 the facilities did not make my stay, staff did. They sang 'Happy Birthday', to Missus when I could not make it in time to GP from Porgera. They lit candles on the cake and surprised her when they sang - 1 male and 1 female voice. I paid I made suggestions and the staff then did the unexpected on my behalf and this is memorable and it is the true face of PNG.

Home away from home. If I have a complaint they are very receptive

This is my home away from home. Security is very important and is first class at this hotel. The staff cannot be faulted. Great views, good food, comfortable beds. If there's a problem, the management sorts it out quickly. Nice gym, good location for walking, jogging but dont carry a phone or camera unless you are escorted by security. Walking distance to eateries next to the harbor, also a decent supermarket. The place is being upgraded which looks very well done.

I like the included shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. I loved the breakfast brunch. I enjoyed the smiling faces of all the employees.

Almost everything. Good working front desk (Miss Dorothy), good working guest relations (Miss Crystal), great managers, super bar, real coffee, excellent food, good working house keeping, comfortable beds, super view.
