The hotel is in the historic area, within easy walking distance to restaurants.The staff were very friendly.

staff is very friendly and work hard to accommodate the guests. the actual hotel room is very modern with good amenities. Sheets were clean and comfortable, however, slightly stained. towels and bathroom were good. Breakfast was a basic fare, but filled you up. Location is ok... the downtown is now desolate.

Staff - friendly and helpful, especially Nelson. Location - short walk to attractions of Asuncion, restaurant and small grocery stores. Allowed me to leave my luggage for free while I visited Iguazu Falls. Owner- readily and timely answered my questions prior to my stay/arrival

The staff was phenomenal, helping us with all our needs, serving us those marvelous breakfasts, that personal touch of the scrambled eggs and the toasted sandwiches. They were available to make recommendations and guide us. This was our first stop in Paraguay and it remains one of my fondest memories, our first bit of discoveries. Our room was spacious, and the balcony allowed us to watch the busy street below. The hotel itself was so open and like the "palace" of the name. Had we not spent so much time outside exploring, we would have enjoyed the little bar and the lounge, I'm sure. As for location, it was a convenient walk to the center of the city and the Senatur office. Thank you to all the staff who were always there to assist us.
