The room was immaculate and very comfortable. The staff was professional and provided excellent service. They translated my English so it wasn’t a struggle to communicate any need I had. The beach is spectacular and only a few minute walk from the hotel.
Esther's service was impeccable! Attentive and pertinent, with good recommendations, and details, Including pick up from the bus stop, and cab service around the city at any time!
The rooms are like shown in the pictures, and very clean... in my case, they gave me an upgrade to one with ocean view, which I was very grateful for!
The staff who work in the hotel are absolutely adorable. At the same time they are very professional. The room upstairs had windows on both sides so it was easily aired.
It's a really nice room for the price. And not too far from beach or some restaurants and shops.
The Staff are really great. The main thing in Organos being the Whale watching tour and they will get up real early to give you breakfast before your tour.
