Location was great! Everyone was very friendly. The room was very clean and they even provided late room service after a long day of travel to Machu Picchu.

The hotel is beautiful and full of charm, perched at the top of Cusco with an amazing view of the city. The staff is amazing and very helpful. They kept our luggage during our 4 days hike to Machu Picchu.
The facility was extremely clean, quiet, the staffs were beyond exceptional! The food both at breakfast and lunch was delicious! My husband and I visited the bar at the restaurant on the 3rd floor and Nahum was an amazing bartender! He made us laugh, he was very sweet, kind, good conversation and made the most amazing drinks ever!!! We will absolutely be back in the future
