The cleanliness, comfort in bed, and location.
The breakfast was ok.
The personal was very proper.
The receptionists were very helpful and will help You to solve any issue. They will also prepare You some snack if You have an excursion and need to leave early in the morning.

Perfect location near all the shops and cafes of Cusco. Staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable.
Such such wonderful staff. Was our home away from home for 3 separate stays as we toured Cusco and surrounds. Hotel was centrally located, rooms comfy and staff were super helpful with luggage and making sure we got to all our tours easily.
The property is located about a 4 minute walk from the main square so practically in the centre of the city, has to be one of cleanest and comfortable properties I have ever stayed in, quiet, modern and so comfortable. The staff are amazing and so friendly and welcoming, the Manager is also welcoming and approachable willing to assist with any questions or concerns, an absolute credit to the business. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and cozy stay while in Cusco, A++++++++++++++
