The staff was very kind and courteous (speaking Spanish). The place was wonderfully located and comfortable. It was quiet and clean. The hot water functioned fine and the internet was mostly fine as well. All in all, it was an excellent value. Oh, they were also helpful when ordering taxis (when needed).
The hotel was in a good location, close to the main square. The facilities were basic
Awesome location, very close to tourist attractions. Fair breakfast. Clean room, very clean bathroom and large bed. The sheets seemed smaller than the bed, but it was comfortable nevertheless. Staff was super friendly, and the hair dryer was available upon request. The hotel is well maintained and very pretty. Moreover, the hotel has a small shop ran by peruvian artisans if you are looking for souvenirs.
This hotel has lovely plaza's in the centre (two that I found) which you can sit in and enjoy the sun. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the main square of the city so perfectly placed. It is around the corner from a busy junction, so there isn't too much noise at all. The room I had was over two floors, which was nice. The room was cool and roomy The staff were very helpful and we got by with minimal language difficulties.
Great place, room was big, clean and the beds were really comfortable. The hotel is in a great place in the city, close to everything you need, just a short walk from the trains to machu picchu. The place is historical like everything in the city.
