Location! (Need to be ok going uphill and using steps)

They prepared free packed breakfast for 3am.
Storage room for suitcases.
Our suitcases were taken to the train station! We met them there after check out time.

Breakfast was good and the location was great too as it was about 5 min from Machu Picchu Bus Stop.

We had a great stay here. The room was very comfortable for the area. It was a nice surprise that they had an elevator. I have stayed at other places around that didn't, and with all the elevation and stairs to get around town that was very welcome surprise. Breakfast was delicious and served on the top floor, on weekends they will take your order the night before and have it ready at the time you ask. Weekdays it is a buffet style at set times. The staff was very friendly, the day that we were not able to make breakfast because we had to get to Machu Picchu early they made sure to have lunches packed for us! Overall very happy with this hotel.
