Hotel staff catered for a super early check in which we were very grateful for. Bedroom was clean and spacious. Safe and central location.
La Casa de Irma is a traveler’s dream. Great value for the money, and Reynaldo, the owner, is not only super friendly but always goes the extra mile. He set up a convenient WhatsApp conversation to stay in touch, arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport, gave us amazing restaurant recommendations, and kept our luggage safe while we were away on a trip to Colca Canyon, without asking for anything. When we came back, he even offered us a room to take a shower, again just out of kindness. Like I said, La Casa de Irma is a traveler’s dream. Thanks again, Reynaldo.
The hotel was pristine, but what made our stay truly exceptional was the owner's thoughtfulness. After learning about our recent engagement, he not only congratulated us but also surprised us with a romantic dinner on the terrace. The beautiful wine and fantastic meal from 13 Monkas, a nearby restaurant, created a perfect celebration with a gorgeous night view of Arequipa. This personal touch transformed our stay into an unforgettable experience.
Everything was perfect in this lovely boutique hotel. The staff is super kind and helpful, the rooms are sparkling clean and the bed super comfortable. Super location, you are 5 min from bars and restaurants and plaza de Armas. Plus, the beautiful breakfast is served on the terrace with a great view over the volcanoes
Great place to stay in Arequipa! We would definitely come back here! The staff were friendly, caring and helpful, the room comfortable and clean, with a good hot shower. Located in a very nice area of the city close to the city center. We had a great experience here!
