Good location, 15 min walk to the square
They have elevators
So grateful for the kind and attentionate staff when I was feeling ill, they went the extra mile to help me with medical appointments and brought me lots of tea, muchas gracias!
The hotel is a relaxing stay, peaceful little spot with friendly staff and a good breakfast. Roberto was so helpful and answered every question I had. He assisted in my Machu Picchu trip and organized everything. Definitely would recommend this location. 10/10
We loved how kind the staff was. We left a previous hostel due to mold in the middle of the night, and they made space for us due to the emergency. We were so grateful for a clean and welcoming place to stay. We still miss the breakfast; the fresh pressed juice was amazing. We were so grateful for everything!
Overall it was clean, comfortable, and a good place to fight your altitude sickness. It definitely wasn't luxurious, but it was a good price and close enough to walk everywhere in Cusco. The breakfast was fine, it was definitely a step up from the average continental breakfast with freshly made eggs and juice.
