staff very helpful, they sent information on time replying my questions about time arrival. Staff very nice, they received me well and got some breakfast the same day I got there Staff very helpful, let me leave my staff after checkout so I could do more stuff in the city

The staff were incredible. We definitely recommend staying here. Our bags were delayed from our flight and the lovely reception person tried to help us in every way she could. The bags arrived at midnight (5 hours before we left Lima) and she was still all smiles and kind words. She made a stressful situation manageable. Also the room was good value for money. We found it best to get a local bus from the area of the airport but a taxi would probably make more sense. Definitely would stay here again. We felt safe and looked after.

The breakfast was very good and the location was central, the staff were extremly kind and helpful and above all, the whole hotel was very very clean! I will return with great pleasure and will definitely recommend it to others.
