Location is near the city center. Staff is helpful and supportive. Hot drink and selection of tea available 24/7
Super friendly staff. They provided everything I needed.
The place is very high value. Hernan was very helpful and without a hard sell offered to handle my travels to Machu Pichu. I am glad I let him as everything was perfect and somehow less expensive than had I booked the train and taxis on my own.
