Location is fantastic, and service was stellar. Enzo in particular (the Bellhop/concierge) was incredible. Fantastic service, attention to detail and very personable.

The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. Everyone goes the extra mile and is genuinely happy to assist.
So fancy and relaxing. Staff were incredible. Spa was fantastic. Room service was the best. They went above and beyond to make our honeymoon special :) free upgrade that was available and drinks and hot towels on arrival even when we got in late at 1am HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Great location and excellent staff. Stayed in several hotels in miraflores and this was our favorite!
