The greatest thing about our visit to this hotel was the fantastic service from Omar, who seemed to do everything! He helped us with our visit the next day to Kuelap and was friendly and instructive. The shower was one of the best I've ever been in in a hotel. The Wifi was good and the location is fabulous, right next to the main square. There is free parking on the street right in front of the hotel and there always seemed to be some available. Breakfast was good too.

Beds were very comfortable, lovely hot shower, rooms were very clean and cleaned daily. Staff very friendly, and helped store our bags as we had a bus later in the day. Excellent and central location. 10-15 mins walk from the bus terminal.
