-location fabulous - laundry service was good and was done on the same day and delivered to my room - breakfast good - coca tea available all day - staff really friendly - room was big and clean -blankets and heater

In terms of value for money and customer service, Matara Greens Hotel is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Cusco. We were so impressed by Hugo and his colleague at the hotel. We had a few small issues with buses and check in times but Hugo accommodated us for everything. He even prepared a breakfast for us at 3am when we set off for the Inca Trail.

Hugo and his team went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We stayed a total of 7 nights, divided in 3 separate stays (3 nights, 3 nights, 1 night). When we got back from our trips to check in again, our luggage would already be in our room. Also, if we had to leave the property very early to depart on trips, the team would prepare a lunchbox to take with us. Hugo speaks very decent English as well! Breakfast was decent, with fruit, jam and bread. Bathroom was clean. The location is good, as the property is situated within minutes walking distance of the old center of Cusco.

I felt very safe there. The rooms were really clean. It was also very quiet. The staff was VERY friendly! They even packed me little snack bags with a drink for two of my day excursions. I couldn't be more grateful. The hospitality was the best I experienced in Lima.
